May Morehead Funeral Here On Tuesday Funeral services for May Lillian Morehead, 87, of 714 S. Fifth, will be held Tuesday morning at ten o'clock in the Jackson Dee Riley Funeral Home. The Rev. Archie Cooper will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Bullion Cemetery.
Mrs. Morehead died Saturday afternoon at 5:40 in a Kirksville hospital where she had been a patient two days.
The daughter of William M. and Jane (Dye) Ford, she was born April 29, 1881, in Adair county. On March 27,1907 in Kirksville, she was married to James O. Morehead and to this marriage six children were born.
Surviving are three daughters, Irma Morehead of 714 S. Fifth, Mabel Karaff of 718 S. Fifth and Mrs. K. A. (Bessie) Cleveland of Brookfield; two sons, Dr. Robert Morehead of Flatonia, Texas and Dr. William DeWitt Morehead of Raytown; one brother, Dr. A.

B. Ford of Seattle, Wash.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1961, one infant son and two brothers.
Mrs. Morehead had lived in Adair County her entire life with the exception of four years which was spent in Greene County. She and her husband resided on a farm in the Bullion community until 1955 when they moved to Kirksville.
Bearers will be Leonard Thompson, George Zeigler, Ora Vaughn, Truman Swingle, W. C. Bennett and Myron Propst.
