| Other Petznick Families |
  In
1952, my aunt, the Reverend Erna
C. Petznick received a letter from the Reverend Arthur
Petznick (Who to our knowledge so far, is not a
blood relative) in response to a letter she had
written him. A few months later, Erna received a letter from Arthur's brother, Daniel, who
at that time resided in Canada. Left is the
letter Arthur originally wrote to Erna that
explained a bit of their family history. Right
is a letter Erna received from Daniel
Petznick. Ironically, the very week Aunt Erna sent me
this information, I received an
e-mail contact from Arthur Petznick's daughter,
Adele Smith, who had visited this site!
It's funny how the Lord can bring people together. |

In October of 2001, I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Gord
Petznick who lives in Ontario, Canada. In the letter on the
left, he shares some of his family genealogy. I found it quite
interesting that his ancestry also resided in Russia for a time prior to
emigrating to the New World. |
